I’m a guitar tutor and performing musician with over 25 years of experience, teaching students aged 10 to 75.

Over the years, some of my students have gone on to pursue careers in the music industry, making music their professional path.

My teaching ethos is built on providing players with a clear, structured approach that builds both confidence and skill. While the internet offers a wealth of resources, it can quickly become overwhelming. My courses provide a structured framework that builds skills steadily and avoids unnecessary distractions.

In addition to my own custom-built courses, I also offer tuition based on the Rockschool syllabus, from Debut to Grade 8. This graded structure can be a fantastic confidence booster and offers a measurable, step-by-step learning journey.

I’ve also worked with students preparing for their GCSEs and completing their Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Awards, helping them develop the essential skills and theoretical knowledge they need.
