Sophie Boatwright

Hi, my name is Sophie and I am an a level student offering tutoring for SATs, 11+, general understanding of subjects and up to GCSE level work. I have almost three years of tutoring experience, tutoring kids from age 10 to 16, in various subjects helping them improve greatly and gain up to 3 grades in GCSE, or gain top scores in topic tests.

I attend one of the top 5 state schools in the UK, and my top eight GCSE grades were grades 8/9 (A* equivalent). I passed the 11+ and have attended a grammar school for the past 6 years so I understand the requirements needed for the 11+ and how to improve your child’s skills for the entrance exam. Along with succeeding in my academics I attend multiple societies and clubs including taking part in the school musical and this is why I understand that whilst academics are important, so is being well rounded and therefore I understand the need for flexible timetables when requesting tutoring hours.
