Tom Keenan

An experienced and passionate educator and lecturer in English, film, and television, Tom Keenan has taught across secondary, further, and higher education for nearly two decades and holds an MA in Education and Leadership. He has delivered lectures in producing at Falmouth University while mentoring undergraduate projects, alongside teaching English from Key Stage 3 to A Level at Grammar schools. His leadership experience includes roles as Head of Key Stage 3 English and Assistant Headteacher, where he oversaw curriculum design, academic standards, and teaching quality. Tom has also designed and led teacher training and scriptwriting courses at Southend Adult Community College, supervising trainee dissertations. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions as Head of English and Head of Year, and taught English and History internationally in Melbourne.
